Unsolicited comments from my victims...From singer-songwriter Jeff Fitzgerald, whose debut album I'm currently producing and engineering...
I know I praise you all the time Rachel, but you've really made this experience everything I always thought it would be...and the additions that you've brought, be it Brain&Co., amazing ideas or just general thoughtfulness, have really invigorated me as a musician. Thanks again :)

This is what Sebastian's guitarist, Michael Papenburg, had to say after a weekend of basics recording with me engineering.
I'm still blown away by how much we accomplished this weekend. The level of talent, creativity, focus, and pure silliness was more than anyone could ask for. I absolutely loved recording at SF Soundworks and I'm really glad that we'll be able to work with Rachel for the rest of the project. Thanks again to everyone for making this an awesome experience.

Multi-Grammy award winning producer-engineer Joe Chiccarelli had these kind words after I worked under him as associate producer and tracking engineer.
Rachel,
You did an amazing job of roping it all in. You understood all my esoteric direction and turned it into great music. You should be very pleased with the overall impression the disc will make. It's a great representation of who Dalis is as an artist at this point in her career.

Singer-songwriter Dalis wrote me this...
i was absolutely blown away with the work you did producing and editing my album. it was a phenomenal experience... it's hard to go from the world i was in back to reality...it was such an intense experience, i just want to lay back a bit and enjoy it... you went far above and beyond any expectations i had and i'm back writing, just so we can make another album together!

As both a musician and a producer whose experience in the music business spans an impressive gamut, Richard Howell sent the following note after working with me.
Dear Rachel,
I wish to thank you for your wonderful work, kindness and talent. I am grateful to you for making my job so much easier. Your expertise was a great gift to us. Having you mix was one of the best moves I made for the Mo'Rockin project.
I am grateful for all you have contributed and for your hard work and good vibe during this complex mix. It's a style of old-school production and I really enjoy the movement and compound rhythms of working together.
Thank you so much for going beyond the call of duty. I appreciate your integrity. Peace and strength to your lovely spirit!
Respectfully yours.

Rob and Booth mentioned how great it was to work with you yesterday, and reaffirmed our belief that you mixing the album will be the best decision we could have made.

and after many hours of mixing...
Thanks again for everything Rachel. The mixes from tape sound incredible. I adore you, love your work and style, and really want to work with you again down the road. You are amazing.
Very best,
Michael
I love the sounds you got out of the instruments we were working with---oboe, beatbox, gongs, cajon! I still feel the vocal is one of the best and most natural of any of my songs, too. I think these are the kinds of things that happen when the producer/artist and engineer are in sync, which I feel we definitely are when we work together.
